Senior Contracts

It is important that you return this contract by May 25th. Two ways to return the signed item: 

1. Sign and return by e-mail to Mrs. Rubio at rosa.rubio-zarate@fresnounified.org. Document must be signed by you and a parent or guardian. 
2. Print, sign (you and parent/guardian) and return to the Attendance Office during break, lunch or after school hours. ​
